You can permanently delete your Alghoul account and all associated data at any time:
- Open the Alghoul app
- Go to your Profile
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm your choice
What gets permanently deleted immediately:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- Your order history and receipts
- Saved addresses and payment methods
- Chat history and messages
- All other personal data
No data retention: We do not keep any of your personal data after account deletion. The process is complete and permanent.
